Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14

(1)
Temporary Waiting Restricitons Edward Road, Hampton Hill (Ref: 22/232)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Edward Road, Hampton Hill.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of road:-

(a) Edward Road, both sides between Nos 1 and 28 Edward Road;

(b) Edward Road, both sides between Nos 37 and 47 Edward Road;

(c) Edward Road, outside No. 30.

3. The order will come into effect on 30 November 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 30 November 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Mays Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Mays Road between its junctions with Wellington Road and Kings Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 30 November 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 30 November 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Grove Avenue, Twickenham (Reference 22/233)


1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce

a temporary prohibition of traffic in Grove Avenue, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Grove Avenue.

3. The order will come into effect on 30 November 2022. The restrictions will remain in force between 17.00 and 21.30 on 30 November 2022 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Lion Road and Laurel Avenue.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure High Street, Hampton (Reference 22/235)


1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in High Street, Hampton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in High Street, Hampton between a point outside No. 25 and a point outside No. 44.

3. The order will come into effect on 26 November 2022. The restrictions will remain in force on the weekends of 26/27 November and 11/12 December 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Church Street and Thames Street.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce

a temporary prohibition of traffic in Oldfield Road, Hampton.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Oldfield Road between its junction with Percy Road and the east to West arm of Oldfield Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 30 November 2022. The restrictions will remain in force between 08.00 and 17.00 on 30 November and 1 December 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months,

to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Percy Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
