Application to Transfer Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

We DEREK IWAN JAMES AND SHARON JAMES have applied to Purbeck District Council for transfer of the existing premises licence into our names under Section 34 (varying a premises licence) for the premises

THE Corner 1 Institute ROAD SWAN AGE DORSET BH19 1BT and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol, and/or a performance of live music (indoors); and/or any playing of recorded music (indoors); and/or late night refreshment.

 Responsible Authorities or any other person wishing to oppose the application may make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at the addresses above but these must be submitted between 19 June 2013 and 17 July 2013. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
