The council has the below proposal under consideration and is required to give notice. Reason for notice: Reason for this notice: Affects the setting of a Listed Building and may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.

Proposal: Refurbishment of the existing building including new shop fronts to facilitate the use of the First Floor, Ground Floor and Basement for commercial, business and services within Class E.
Applicant: NMT Entertainment.
