The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area.

A/22/94324/CU 190 Chapel Street, Leigh WN7 2DW
Change of use of ground floor and basement to food & drinking establishment, together with external alterations to front, side and rear elevations.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

EIA Environmental Impact Assessment Submitted CA Affecting a Conservation Area RW Affecting a Public Right of Way.
