(Berryhill Road, Giffnock) Temporary Restriction To Use Of Road Order 2022

On the 8 November 2022 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on a section of Berryhill Road (between its junctions with Fenwick Road & Arran Drive), Giffnock, in order to facilitate the safe installation of new utility services in or near the road for new housing development under construction nearby, scheduled to be carried from Monday 28 November until Monday 12 December 2022, between 7am and 4.30pm.

The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.

Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.

Alternative route: Fenwick Road - Park Road - Maryville Avenue and Vice Versa.
