HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER - The Cheshire East Borough Council (Footpath No. 46 (Part) Parish of Mobberley) Public Path Diversion Order 2022

The above Order, made on the 31 March 2022, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert that length of Public Footpath No. 46 in the Parish of Mobberley commencing at O.S. grid reference SJ 8142 7987 and running in a generally west north westerly and then north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 363 metres to Moss Lane at O.S. grid reference SJ 8109 7999, to a new line, in the Parish of Mobberley, commencing at O.S. grid reference SJ 8142 7897 and curving in a generally south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 42 metres to O.S. grid reference SJ 8139 7984, and then running in a generally west north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 367 metres to Moss Lane at O.S. grid reference SJ 8105 7996. Copies of the Order, Statement of Reasons for Making the Order and Plan can be obtained free of charge from the undersigned.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to

or the Director of Governance and Compliance, Public Rights of Way Unit, 2nd Floor Old Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ, not later than December 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Cheshire East Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order Is sent to trie Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
