Licensing Act 2003: Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Vintorg Limited has applied to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for the grant of a Premise Licence at: Unit F33, 100 Highway, E1W 2BX, to permit the sale of alcohol off premise via online sales. There will be no direct sale of alcohol to the public within the premises. The premise will be used to store goods for shipping and will be accessed: Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 05:30pm, Saturday between 9:00am - 05:30pm, and Sunday between 10:00am - 04:00pm.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Mulberry Place 5 Clove Crescent, London E14 2BG, where the application can be viewed from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Representations must be received no later than 09/12/2022.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale.
