Licensing Act 2003: Application To Vary Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Boxpark Trading Limited has applied in respect of the Boxpark, Wembley Atrium Communal Space, 18 Olympic Way, Wembley, Brent, HA9 0JT for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: An application to vary the opening hours on New Year's Eve in to New Year's Day (currently 0700 to 0100), hours for sale of alcohol (currently 0800 to 0030) and the provision of regulated entertainment (currently 1000 to 0030) from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day, and to extend the provision of late night refreshment (currently 2300 to 0030) to 2300 on New
Year's Eve to 0500 on New Year's Day.

All other operating times, licensable activities and conditions authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unaltered. Persons objecting to the grant of licences must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a committee of the Council.
