Notice is hereby given that Thistlewood Properties Limited SSAS has applied to Blackburn & Darwen Borough Council for the grant of a new Premises Off Licence at the former Hollins Grove Liberal Club, Falcon Avenue/Blackburn Road, Darwen BB31 QXThe proposed application is for the provision of the sale of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays from 06:00 until 24:00, and for the provision of Late Night Refreshment on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00 until 24:00.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
