Mill Mead, Stopping Up of Highway

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.47) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of a length of Mill Mead, at Staines-upon-Thames in the Borough of Spelthorne.

This is to enable development as permitted by Spelthorne Borough Council under reference 21/01200/RMA.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5150). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Staines Library, Friends Walk, Staines, TW18 4PG.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 18 November 2022.
