Church Street, Vary a Premises Licensing

THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that I, Mrs Norma Lowther, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as SEVENTEEN 17 CHURCH STREET COXHOE DH6 4DD for a Variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:

Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 2300hrs On Sales Only New Year's Eve an extra Hour.

To also include a new layout of the premises including extension to the rear and outdoor seating area.

The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 24th November 2022 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk .

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
