Station Road, Vary a Premises Licensing

Notice is hereby given that Waterhouses Community Association has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Village Hall, Station Street, Waterhouses, Durham DH7 9AS  For the variation of a premises licence to permit the following licensable activities:

The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) 11.00 - 23.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. New Year's Eve 11.00 00.30 on New Year's Day.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
