West Stour, Vary a Premises Licensing

Notice is given that Alan Cottrell & Nick Cottrell have applied to Dorset Council for a variation of the premises licence in respect of The Ship Inn, West Stour, Gillingham, Dorset SP8 5RP

For the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 11:00-23:59 Monday to Sunday, on Christmas eve & new years eve 11:00-02:00 and 24hrs daily for resident paying guests and for the performance of regulated entertainment on Christmas eve & new years eve until 02:00. And to remove the Embedded Restrictions (para 6(8) Schedule 8 Licensing Act 2003) conditions from Appendix 1.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
