(Downs Road, Maldon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Downs Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Victoria Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th November 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01331321 -Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains renewal works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Victoria Road, High Street, North Street, Downs Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Church Street, Goldhanger)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 170m north east of its junction with St Peters Close for a distance of approximately 25m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th November 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO60963123 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Maldon Road and vice versa with access only into Church Street.
The Order came into effect on 10th November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.13) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Introduce: 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of road, Burnham-on-Crouch, in the District of Maldon.

Marsh Road junction with Thompson Avenue
NORTHEAST SIDE: From a point approximately 26 metres east of its junction with Thompson Avenue, in a westerly and then northerly direction, into Thompson Avenue, for a distance of approximately 36 metres.
SOUTHWEST SIDE: From a point approximately 25.6 metres west of its junction with Thompson Avenue, in an easterly and then northerly direction, into Thompson Avenue, for a distance of approximately 35.6 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TQ950 967 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under section 84(1)(a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), S36 of Road Traffic Act 1988, S90A-F of the Highways Act 1980, and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Implement '20mph Zone' on the following lengths of road, Marsh Road, Burnham-on-Crouch, in the District of Maldon.
