Proposed extensions with internal and external alterations An appeal has been received by the Planning Inspectorate with regards to the above application following the refusal of planning permission by Basildon Council, by decision issued on 23 May 2022.
The appeal offers the opportunity to submit comments to the Planning Inspector, which will be copied to the appellant and the Council, and will be taken into account by the Inspector in deciding the appeal.
