PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Proposed new development of 15 houses and a convenience store Land north of Linkfoot Lane, Helmsley Wharfedale Homes Ltd in consultation with the local planning authorities and the Helmsley Estate is proposing to submit a planning application for the above development. We would like to obtain the views of the community and are therefore undertaking a pre-planning application consultation. Representatives of the company and details of the proposals will be at: Helmsley Town Hall Meeting Room, 2.30pm to 7.00pm on Tuesday July 9th 2013
