Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises as well as opening hours.
Supply of alcohol to be consumed off the premises Monday to Friday 8 am - 6pm.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@maldon.gov.uk  by 30 11 22. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
