We The Chicken Club do hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant / 'provisional statement / variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as The Chicken Club 72 Western Road, Brighton BN1 2HA or the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:

Service of Late- Night Refreshments - Food from 11 pm - 3/5am

*ln the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 07/12/2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
