NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that L'isola Buona Ltd has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council on 10 November 2022 for the grant of a new premises licence at 80 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2EB.

The application is to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises, every day between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the above address no later than 8 December 2022 stating the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and this carries a level 5 fine on being convicted of such an offence.
