YO18 7AX Application has been made on the 17th June 2013 for for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1 The supply of alcohol (off sales only) each day between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00. 2 The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 10:00 and 18:30. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH within 28days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
