1)  Ground Floor: Historically laid concrete screed base to be regularised with addition of a limecrete channel around the base of the rubble walls. Bitumin to be removed from rear kitchen wall. Gypsum plaster to be removed from external walls and replaced with lime plaster. New electrics chased below existing gypsum plaster to be retained below new lime plaster. Modern bordered ceiling to be regularised. Removal of modern replica window and lower rubble wall to make way for barn style door side entrance.

2) First Floor: Modern boarding to floor to be regularised. Existing modern stud work removed and replaced like for like positions within bedroom and bathroom due to black mould/rot Gypsum plaster to be removed from external walls and replaced with lime plaster. Reinstate ceiling to back bedroom.

3) Attic space: Modern boarding to roof space and floor to create useful storage space regularised. Relocation of hot water tank to loft space with in new improved stud work.

4) External: Rear extension render removed and replaced with lime render. Ventilation grill for bathroom extraction of air.
