SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:

A) Slab Lane (Part), Redlynch; from its junction with Primrose Lane to outside property known as Kyte Croft to enable BT to carry out pole replacement and associated works. Alternative route via Primrose Lane - Vale Road - The Ridge - Slab Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 December 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 3 weekdays. B) A345 Salisbury Road (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Salisbury Street for a distance of approximately 70m in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer survey and associated works. Alternative route A345 (unaffected length) - C32 - C396 - A345 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 December 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 for 2 nights. C) C61 (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with C299 for a distance of approximately 650m in a north easterly direction.

D) Mill Lane (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with C61 to outside property known as Kelloways Barn to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out drainage and associated works. Alternative route A via C299 - C313 - C61 (unaffected length) and vice versa. No alternative route is available for closure D. This Order will come into operation on 12 December 2022 and the closure will be required until 23 December 2022. E) Moot Lane (Part), Downton and Redlynch; from its junction with Moot Gardens to its county boundary with Hampshire to enable BT to carry out installation of underground fibre equipment and associated works. Alternative route via Hale Lane - B3080 - Moot Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 November 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 25 November 2022. F) St Nicholas Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with De Vaux Place to its junction with Ayleswade Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out drainage surveying, cleaning and associated works. Alternative route via St Nicholas Road (unaffected length) - A338 - A3094 -Harrnham Road and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 19 September 2022 will now recommence on 24 November 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. Orders A) to E) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Order F) has a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is as follows: To temporarily prohibit a left hand turn manoeuvre from Salisbury Street into Church Street to enable Wessex Water to carry out cleaning, survey of sewer and associated works. The prohibition of turn will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This restriction will come into operation on 13 December 2022 and will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 for 3 nights. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to temporarily close to all vehicles, motor propelled vehicles and caravans:

(a) Byway 10 (Part), Durrington; from its junction with Fargo Road to its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury/C506.

(b) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Byway 10, Durrington/crossing the C506 over to its junction with A303 (T).

(c) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake.

(d) Byway 1 (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury to its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James.

(e) Byway 11 (Part), Berwick St James; from its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake to its junction with Byway 16, Woodford.

(f) Byway 16 (Part), Woodford; from its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James to its junction with A360, Druids Lodge.

(g) Byway 11 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 2, Wilsford cum Lake.

(h) Byway 2, (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 11, Amesbury to its junction with Footpath 3 at Springbottom Farm, Wilsford cum Lake.

(i) Footpath 4, Durrington, from its junction with the A345, to its junction with Fargo Road.

(j) Fargo Road (Part), Durrington; from its junction with the A345 to a point 300m north at Woodhenge.

(k) B3086 (Part), Shrewton and Winterbourne Stoke (southbound only); from Rolleston Crossroads to A360 Airmans Cross Roundabout. And to introduce a temporary No Waiting at any time restriction on the following lengths of road:

(l) A360 (Part), Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A303 Longbarrow Roundabout to its junction with C506 (Airman's Corner).

(m) A360 (Part), Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with C506 (Airman's Corner) in a westerly direction towards Shrewton for a distance of approximately 1 kilometre.

(n) B3086 (Part), Winterbourne Stoke and Shrewton; from its junction with A360/C506 (Airman's Corner) in a northerly direction to its junction with The Packway (Rollestone Crossroads).

(o) Fargo Road (Part), Durrington; from its junction with the A345 to a point 300m north at Woodhenge.

(p) C42, Stonehenge Road, Amesbury; from its junction with West Amesbury Road to the A303. These Orders are made to ensure public safety during the period of the Winter Solstice at Stonehenge. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

Sections (a) to (k) will come into operation at 08:00hrs on Thursday 15 December 2022 and is expected to remain in force until 18:00hrs on Friday 23 December 2022. Sections (l) - (p) will come into operation at 18:00hrs on Tuesday 20 December 2022 and is expected to remain in force until 18:00hrs Friday 23 December 2022. The Orders for sections (a) - (i) will have a maximum duration of 06 months. The Order for sections (j) - (p) will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
