LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice of Application by Mesut Kaya to grant a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to carry on the following licensable activities;
Supply of alcohol OFF the premises, Monday to Sunday between 08:00am - 23:00pm at 475 BLACKFEN ROAD, SIDCUP, DA15 9NP.

Representations must be made in writing to London Borough of Bexley Council as the Licensing Authority at the above address, or by e-mail to licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
