Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement

Regulation 25: Further information respecting an Environmental Statement
I give notice that further information is available in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. On 25 March 2021, Five Lanes Solar Ltd made an application for planning permission (Reference Number 20/08618/FUL) to Wiltshire Council for the Installation of a solar farm comprising ground mounted solar PV panels with a generating capacity of up to 49.9MW, including mounting system, battery storage units, inverters, underground cabling, stock proof fence, CCTV, internal tracks and associated infrastructure, landscaping and environmental enhancements for a temporary period of 40 years and a permanent grid connection hub.at Land west of A429 (Crudwell Road), North of Malmesbury. The further information provided in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) is:

A revised Environmental Statement, Outline Landscape and Ecology Management Plan, Bat and GCN addendum reports, a report on Trial Trenching Archaeological Investigations, and a revised Landscape Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).
