NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KYN Bickley Limited have applied to the London Borough of Bromley for the Grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for KYN Bickley, Bickley Park Road, Bromley BR1 2AZ to permit the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment: 1100 to 2300 Monday to Sunday strictly for residents of KYN Bickley their bona fide guests and those invited by the Company only. No entrance is permitted by the general public.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by 7th December 2022 to the Licensing Officer, Public Protection, London Borough of Bromley, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH or by email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk .The Licensing Register and record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
