NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at:
The land bounded by Royal Victoria Dock, Connaught Bridge, Mill Road and North Woolwich Road, Silvertown, London E16 1UR.

To the London Borough of Newham for:
Hybrid Planning Application seeking planning permission for:
1) Outline Component comprising the demolition of existing buildings and structures and construction of new mixed-use development including Residential (Use Class C3); Commercial, Business and Service (Use Class E); Storage and Distribution (Use Class B8); Hotels (Use C/ass C1); Learning and Non-Residential Institutions (Use Class F1); Local Community (Use Class F2); Hot Food Takeaways (Sui Generis), Drinking Establishments (Sui Generis), Live Music Venues (Sui Generis), Theatres (Sui Generis), Cinemas (Sui Generis), Commercial Kitchen and Delivery Centres (Sui Generis); and Infrastructure (sui generis, including energy/utility infrastructure and estates hubs); together with the provision of public open space, works of repair and restoration of Dock walls, the placing of structures in, on, or over the Dock area, utilities works, construction of estate roads and the creation of new accesses to the public highway, creation of cycle and car parking areas and associated access, parking and public realm works, and other associated works, with matters of layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access within the site reserved for subsequent approval.
2) Detailed Component comprising i) the construction of a new mixed use development at Plots 1, 1D, 2A, 2B, 2D, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 for a mix of uses including Residential (Use Class C3); Commercial, Business and Service (Use Class E); Learning and Non-Residential Institutions (Use Class F1); Local Community (Use Class F2); and Drinking Establishments (Sui Generis); together with the provision of public open space, utilities works, construction of estate roads and the creation of new accesses to the public highway, creation of cycle and car parking areas and associated access, parking and public realm works, including the alteration, partial demolition and conversion of Millennium Mills (locally listed building); and ii) site reclamation I dock infill works to Pontoon Dock, and other associated works.
This Hybrid Planning Application is a phased planning application for a planning permission which is intended to be capable of coming forward in distinct and separable phases and/or plots.
