BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(CONTROL OF ON-STREET PARKING) (No. 1) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:

The effects of the Order are:-

1. To introduce the new restrictions as detailed in Schedules 1 to 4;

2. To revoke the restrictions as detailed in Schedule 5.

All of the remaining waiting restrictions, loading/unloading restrictions, stopping restrictions and disabled parking spaces within the Borough of Bracknell Forest will remain unchanged and will be consolidated into this new Order.

The Order was made on the 14th day of November 2022 and will come into operation on the 18th day of November 2022.

Orders to be Consolidated into this Order and revoked:
Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Control of On-Street Parking) (No.2) Order 2021 will be consolidated into this Order and revoked in its entirety.
Bracknell Forest Borough Council (B3022 North Street, Winkfield) (Prohibition of Waiting) Experimental Order 2021 will be consolidated into this Order and revoked in its entirety.

Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 16th day of November 2022, make application for this purpose to the High Court.

Merlin Way, Both sides, From a point 15 metres south of its junction with Chiffchaff Corner northwards for a distance of 15 metres.
