Central Quay, Pre-Application Consultation for Redevelopment Proposals

Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for Redevelopment of existing office building and erection of mixed-use development on land adjacent, potentially comprising residential, purpose-built student accommodation, office and other commercial uses including food and drink and convenience retail uses, with associated landscaping / public realm, car parking and access arrangements at Central Quay, Glasgow.
The first of two drop-in events will take place on 24 November 2022 between 2pm and 7pm at '2 Central Quay' located at 89 Hydepark Street, Glasgow, G3 8BW. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

This notice does not relate to a planning application.
Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council.
Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
