(Disabled Persons Parking Places - Oxford) (Variation No.20) Order 2022
NOTICE is given that on 14 November 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 21 November further amends the (Disabled Persons Parking Places - Oxford) Order 2010, with the effect of removing Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) as shown in A below, providing new DPPPs as shown in B, relocating DPPPs as shown in C, and changing the hours of operation as shown in D:
A. Removal of DPPPs:
(i) Bracegirdle Road, (opposite No.8),
(ii) Elmthorpe Road, (outside No.39),
(iii) Sandy Lane, (outside No. 66),
(iv) Slade Close, (2 bays),
(v) Winchester Road, (outside No.17)
(vi) Wood Farm Road.

Copies may be made available on request. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 14 November 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
