BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(CROWTHORNE ROAD NORTH, BRACKNELL) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1 & 2 and remove the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 3 & 4.

Copies of this notice, the draft Order and Plans may be inspected on the "Highways Public Notices" page of the Council's website www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Objections:
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made, should be sent in writing to Andrew Hunter, Executive Director of Place, Planning & Regeneration, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD or via email to highways.transport@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to be received by him no later than the 9th December 2022.

Crowthorne Road North, Western side, From a point 14.5 metres south of its northern end southwards for a distance of 8 metres.
Crowthorne Road North, Western side, From a point 44 metres south of its northern end southwards for a distance of 10.5 metres.

SCHEDULE 2
2 Hour Maximum Stay, Mon - Sat, 8am - 6pm, No Return Within 2 Hours
Crowthorne Road North, Western side, From a point 32 metres south of its northern end southwards for a distance of 5.5 metres.

SCHEDULE 3
REMOVAL of Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time
Crowthorne Road North, Western side, From a point 32 metres south of its northern end southwards for a distance of 5.5 metres.

SCHEDULE 4
REMOVAL of 2 Hour Maximum Stay, Mon - Sat, 8am - 6pm, No Return Within 2 Hours
