NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT/VARY A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Notice is given that Sashas Yah Suh Nice Caribbean Kitchen Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham on 01/11/2022 to Grant/Vary a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for: Premises Unit 1, Wantz Road, Redif House, Dagenham, Essex RM10 8PS.
The Licensable activities are:
• Sale of alcohol on and off the premises and by delivery - Monday to Sunday from 11:00am 02:00am.
• Live music indoors - Monday to Saturday from 11:00am to 02:00am & Sundays Midday to 01:00hrs.
• Recorded Music indoors- Monday to Saturday from 11:00am to 02:00am & Sundays 11:00 to 02:00hrs.
• Performance of dance indoors- Monday to Sunday from 11:00am to 02:00am.
• Late night refreshment indoors & outdoors -Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs to 02:00am.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the: Licensing Department, Barking Town Hall, 1 Clock House Avenue, Barking IG11 7LU. Representations must be received by: 07/12/2022.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.lbbd.gov.uk.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence. To do so could result in prosecution and a fine of any amount.
