Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence
Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Abbey Supermarket Ltd have applied to London Borough of Barking & Dagenham Council for a new premises licence for Abbey Supermarket, Unit 1 Wharf Square, Barking, Essex IG11 7DQ to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 08.00 to 23.00 Monday to Saturday and from 08.00 to 22.00 Sunday.
The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is the Licensing Department, Regulatory Service, London Borough of Barking & Dagenham, Barking Town Hall, 1 Clock House Avenue, Barking, Essex, 1G11 7LU or on the Council's website: www.lbbd.gov.uk
Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 5th December 2022 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
