BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(MARKET STREET, BRACKNELL) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1-4 and remove the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 5.

Copies of this notice, the draft Order and Plans may be inspected on the "Highways Public Notices" page of the Council's website www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Objections:
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made, should be sent in writing to Andrew Hunter, Executive Director of Place, Planning & Regeneration, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD or via email to highways.transport@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to be received by him no later than the 9th December 2022.

Amber House access road, Both sides, From its junction with Market Street northwards for a distance of 15 metres.

SCHEDULE 2
Loading Only
Market Street, Western side, From a point 93 metres north of its junction with Station Road northwards for a distance of 23 metres.

SCHEDULE 3
30 minute maximum stay, No Return Within 1 Hour
Market Street, Northern side, From a point 28 metres west of the westernmost boundary of Gowring House westwards for a distance of 20 metres.

SCHEDULE 4
Disabled Parking Space
Market Street, Northern side, From a point 25 metres west of the westernmost boundary of Gowring House westwards for a distance of 3 metres.
