Notice Re; S53 Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 The Definitive Map & Statement Of Public Rights Of Way For Gloucestershire, Additional Public Footpath And Separate Restricted Byway At Gunhouse Lane, Bowbridge, Brimscombe & Thrupp Parish Modification Order 2022
The above Order made on 20 October 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the following length of public footpath and separate restricted byway at Gunhouse Lane, Bowbridge, Brimscombe & Thrupp Parish: A length of restricted byway known as Gunhouse Lane in Bowbridge, Brimscombe & Thrupp Parish, Gloucestershire which commences at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference ("OSGR") SO 8585/ 0427 at its junction with London Road (publicly maintainable highway A419) and runs is a generally south easterly direction for approximately 435 metres and then in a generally southerly direction for a further 43 metres to OSGR SO8617/ 0393 at its junction with Thrupp Lane (publicly maintainable highway 41327). A length of public footpath known as Gunhouse Lane in Bowbridge, Brimscombe & Thrupp Parish, Gloucestershire which commences at OSGR SO 8590/ 0424 at its junction with the said Restricted Byway, also known as Gunhouse Lane and runs is a generally north easterly direction for approximately 84 metres to OSGR SO8597/ 0430 at its junction with Public Footpath ZST57. Please note that any existing private vehicular access rights are unaffected.
A copy of the order and plan may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG and Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Westward Road, Ebley, Stroud, GL5 4UB. Copies of the order and plan may be obtained free of charge by emailing modificationorders@gloucestershire. gov. uk (please quote reference 573/11/36.5(1)). Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Asset Data (Highway Records & DMMO) Team Leader, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TH not later than 21 December 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. (Please quote reference 573/11/36.5(1)). If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Gloucestershire County Council instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
