The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No.30) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of 4 part-widths of Weights Lane in Redditch. This is to enable development as permitted by Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council under references 19/00977/HYB & 19/00976/HYB.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5100). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Redditch Library, 15 Market Place, Redditch, B98 8AR.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 16 November 2022.
