Interlocutor dated 4 November 2022 ordained Clive Nicholas Moffat, 42 Brunton Street, Glasgow, G44 3NG Petitioner to advertise, appointing any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within fourteen days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
