Notice is hereby given that on 7th October 2022 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Richard Hamilton craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 28th September 2022 to
(a) be a director of RHD Contracts Limited (SC720792) trading with the name "RHD Contracts";
(b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of RHD Contracts Limited; or
(c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by RHD Contracts Limited under the names "RHD Contracts";
in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 4th November 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
