The County Council of Durham (Hillgarth, Castleside) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 11/11/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 22 metres of Hillgarth, Castleside between number 54 and 58 Hillgarth to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure there is no alternative route available. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 21/11/22 from8am and are anticipated to be completed in 1 day. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
