Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 11/22/00130: 32A Golf Links Road, Burnham On Sea TA8 2PW.
Crown reduce height/spread of three Black Poplars (TPO Ref T1, T3 & T4) back to previous pruning points by approx. 2.5m - 3m & crown thin/ clean by 20%.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
