Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as The Old Bank, 6-12 Lendal,York,YO 1 8AA applied to for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: 1 .To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol (on and off sales), films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, dance (indoors) and late night refreshment (indoors) until 01:00 the following morning Sunday to Wednesday and extend the terminal hour for opening hours to 01:30 the following morning on Sunday to Wednesday. 2.
