Northumberland County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) U8090 Sandyford Cottage Junction To March Burn Junction Healey, Riding Mill U8100 Burnt House Junction To High Shilford Junction Riding Mill (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council Intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of highway in the County of Northumberland:-
U8090 Sandyford Cottage Junction To March Burn Junction Healey, Riding Mill from its junction with A68 heading in a westerly direction for a distance of 2145 metres

The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the U8100, A68 and vice-versa.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 5th December 2022 between the hours of 07:30 -16:30 during this period.

U8100 Burnt House Junction To High Shilford Junction Riding Mill from its junction with U8090 Sandyford Cottage Junction To March Burn Junction Healey heading in a northerly direction for a distance of 2000 metres.

The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the A68, U8090 and vice-versa.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 6th December 2022 between the hours of 07:30 -16:30 during this period.

The Order is to be effective from the 5th December 2022 until the 5th February 2023.
