Pre-Application Public Event
Fermanagh Lakeland Forum Redevelopment
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (the applicant) gives notice of a proposal to submit an application for Planning Permission for the redevelopment of the existing Fermanagh Lakeland Forum site and adjacent areas of existing open space located at Broadmeadow, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh.
The proposal includes a new leisure centre building, sports pitches, walkways, trails and other outdoor activity uses, play park, active waterfront areas, new events space, improved pedestrian linkages to Enniskillen town centre, car parking area and hard and soft landscaping.
A public drop-in information event will be held prior to the submission of a planning application. The event will be held at: Fermanagh Lakeland Forum on Tuesday 29 November 2022 between 1 pm - 4 pm and 5 pm - 8 pm.
If you wish to make comments on the proposal, you may do so at the above event or via the Council's dedicated webpage at
no later than 12 noon on Monday 19 December 2022.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning Service.
