hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 4 day of November 2022
For a Grant of a licence to operate a premises
at West Malvern Cricket Club, Mathon Court, Mathon, Herefordshire. WR13 5NZ
from which the following licensable activities are proposed

The supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to, or to the order of, a member of the club The sale by retail of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to a guest of a member of the club for consumption on the premises where the sale takes place
For consumption on the premises Monday - Friday 17:00 - 21:00, Saturday - Sunday 11:00 - 20:00. April to September annually
2. The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire council.

This may be Inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at
8 St Owen Street, Hereford. HR1 2PJ Monday to Friday by prior appointment

3. An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above. (End date of consultation 8 December 2022)

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
