TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
The Coal Shed Restaurants Ltd do hereby give notice of their intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises at Clarence House, 30-31 North Street, Brighton, BN1 1EB.
The following licensable activities are proposed to be carried on, on or from the premises:
Sale of alcohol -Sunday to Monday 12:00-00:00 On and off sales on a small area adjoining the premise as shown the premise plans;
Recorded (background) music - Sunday to Monday 12:00- 00:00;
Live music (indoors) Sunday- Monday 12:00- 00:00 to be played at pre-organised events/ private events/ as an accompaniment to dining;
Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Monday 23:00-00:00.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BNI IJP no later than 05 December 2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brightonhove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
