(Temporary Closing And Temporary Waiting Restrictions On Bushey Mill Lane, Watford/Bushey) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bushey Mill Lane, Watford/Bushey from its junction with Berry Grove Lane south eastwards to its junction with the Park Avenue roundabout, a distance of approximately 946m ("the Road"), except for access.

An alternative route will be via Bushey Mill Lane, Radlett Road, Colonial Way, A41 Otterspool Way, B462 Hartspring Lane and Bushey Mill Lane or via Bushey Mill Lane, B462 Hartspring Lane, A41 North Western Avenue, A4008 Stephenson Way, Colonial Way, Radlett Road and Bushey Mill Lane.

ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of Cassiobury Park Avenue, Watford) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the eastbound carriageway of Cassiobury Park Avenue, Watford from a point in line with the western boundary of No.1 Cassiobury Park Avenue south eastwards to its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road, a distance of approximately 54m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Cassiobury Park Avenue, Shepherds Road and A412 Rickmansworth Road. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of Meriden Way, Watford) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of road ("the lengths of Road"), except for access:-

1. that length of Meriden Way, Watford from its junction with York Way south westwards for a distance of approximately 70m. An alternative route will be via York Way, The Gossamers, Garston Lane, A412 St Albans Road, A41 North Western Avenue, Westlea Avenue and Meriden Way.

2. that length of Meriden Way, Watford from its junction with Westlea Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 60m.

An alternative route will be via Westlea Avenue, A41 North Western Avenue, A412 St Albans Road, Garston Lane,
The Gossamers, York Way and Meriden Way.

The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the lengths of Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the lengths of Road.

(Temporary Closing Of Nicholas Close, Watford) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Nicholas Close, Watford from a point in line with the western boundary of No.4 Nicholas Close south eastwards for a distance of approximately 28m ("the Road"), except for access. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Nightingale Road, Bushey from its junction with Herkomer Road north eastwards to its junction with Bourne Road, a distance of approximately 236m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Herkomer Road, Bournehall Avenue and Bourne Road.

ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of Harefield Road, Rickmansworth) Order No.2 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harefield Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Woodcock Hill north westwards for a distance of approximately 96m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Harefield Road, Rickmansworth Road, High Street, Church Hill, Harvil Road, Moorhall Road, Moorfield Road, A412 (North Orbital Road/Denham Way/Uxbridge Road), A404 (Riverside Drive/Church Street/London Road) and Harefield Road or via Harefield Road, A404 (Church Street/ Riverside Drive), A412 (Uxbridge Road/ Denham Way/North Orbital Road), Moorfield Road, Moorhall Road, Harvil Road, Church Hill, High Street, Rickmansworth Road and Harefield. The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (Temporary Closing Of Leggatts Rise, Watford) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Leggatts Rise, Watford from its junction with Evans Avenue south eastwards to its junction with Rushton Avenue, a distance of approximately 400m ("the Road").
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to
properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed
to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However
the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times
indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of Radlett Road, Watford) Order No.2 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Radlett Road, Watford from its junction with Queens Road north eastwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Ebury Road, a distance of approximately 138m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Queens Road, Orphanage Road and Radlett Road.

The Order is needed because bridge inspection works are
proposed to be executed near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on
14 November 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However
the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times
indicated by signs on or near the Road.
