Bidayatan Limited do hereby give notice that they have applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at 355/357 High Road Leyton, London. The application is to permit the supply of late night refreshment both on and off the premises between the hours of 23.00 and 02.00 each day Sunday - Thursday and 23:00 and 03:00 Friday and Saturday; and 23:00 and 03:00 New Years Eve, and on Pakistan Independence Day, India Independence Day and during the Eid festivals; and between 23:00 and 05:00 during Ramadan to allow the premises to open 2 hours before and half an hour after Fajn and to permit the playing of recorded music between the hours of 11:30 and 01:00 Monday to Sunday; and 11:30 and 03:00 on New Years Eve, on Pakistan Independence Day, India Independence Day and during the Eid festivals.

Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The London Borough of Waltham Forest, Licensing, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF. Representations must be made in writing by 5th December 2022. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (Except Bank Holidays) at the above address between the hours of 10.00am to noon and 2.00p.m. to 4.00pm or on the council website at
