Regulation 25 Notice
TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I, Nadesapillai Senthilvel do hereby give notice that I have applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a New premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as: SS Food and Wine (currently known as Elm Grove Mini Market), 185 Elm Grove, Brighton BN2 3EL.
For the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only Monday to Sunday 07:00 hours to 23:00 hours.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 24th November 2022.
Giving a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brightonhove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
