NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U92400, Dicks Pitch, Richards Castle, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U92400, Dicks Pitch, Richards Castle, Cullis Pitch to Oldfield Road junction to the junction with The Goggin Road. Grid Ref: 346972 / 269671. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via The Goggin Road onto Woodhouse Lane onto Cullis Pitch to Oldfield Road and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to rural fibre installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 14th of November 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 Days.
