Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission

Proposed Development for the relocation of the Belmont Community School and Belmont C of E Primary School, Buckinghamshire Road, Durham, DH1 2QP. Please accept the following as notice that Durham County Council, the Department for Education and Kier, are applying to the Local Planning Authority, Durham County Council, for planning permission for the construction of new school buildings, a sports centre, external sports pitches, landscaping, parking and access at Buckinghamshire Road, Durham, DH1 2QP.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representation about this application should write to Durham County Council, Planning Department, County Hall, Durham,DH1 5UL within 21 days of this notice. Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners rights to retain or dispose or their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
