NEW MARKET CAR PARK VARIATION ORDER 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the above-named Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 32 and 35 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a charge for parking:
One hour - £3.50;
One to two hours - £5.00;
Two to four hours - £6.50;
Four to five hours - £9.50 and
Over Five hours - £13.50;
After 6pm - £4.00.
The draft Order and the Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at The attendant's office, New Market Car Park (ground floor), Hunter Street, Chester, CH1 2AR between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Copies of the documents will also available to view on the Council's website

Any objections to the draft Order should be sent in writing, stating the grounds of the objection, to the undersigned to arrive no later than Friday, 2nd December 2022.
Any representations received may become available for public inspection.
